01. Overview
Vedansh Academy provides high-quality educational subscriptions, including online video courses, live test series, mock packages, e-books, and hybrid/offline classroom lectures. Since services involve immediate delivery of digital products and reserved slots in offline batches, our cancellation and refund standards are strictly regulated.
We invite students to review free sample chapters and details before subscribing. All transactions are final once resources are accessed or classes commence.
02. Online Subscription Policies
For all digital goods and online mock test packages, once student login access is enabled, the following regulations apply:
48-Hour Exceptional Review
If a student mistakenly buys an incorrect course package, they can apply for a billing shift or refund within 48 hours of payment, provided they have not watched any lectures or attempted any mock assessments.
Non-Refundability Standard
If the system logs confirm that any lecture module has been viewed or files downloaded, the subscription is classified as utilized. Under no circumstances will a refund be processed in this state.
03. Offline Coaching & Batches
For physical classroom coaching programs (JEE/NEET/Boards coaching) located at Yelahanka, Bengaluru:
- Registration Fee: The initial registration fee (typically 10% of total course value) secures your physical seat and study desk. This registration portion is strictly non-refundable under all conditions.
- Prior to Batch Start: If a cancellation application is submitted at least 7 days before physical batch commencement, fee paid (minus registration & study materials costs) will be refunded.
- Post Batch Start: No refunds are issued after class batches commence, as batch capacities are fixed and seats cannot be subsequently reallocated to other candidates.
04. Processing Time & Channel
Approved refund claims are credited back to the student's original transaction source (original Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking account, or UPI handle).
Working Days Processing Windows
Funds typically reflect on your bank statement within 7 to 10 working days after compliance approval. We are not liable for additional settlement delays caused by banking network clearances.
05. How to Request Cancellation
To file a cancellation and refund claim:
- Draft an email from your registered student email address tovedansh.naveen@gmail.com.
- State your full student name, enrolled course name, invoice number, and transaction receipt.
- Briefly detail the reason for requesting cancellation.
Our admin team will search billing logs and reply with compliance feedback within 48 working hours.
