01. Delivery Overview
Vedansh Academy provides both digital learning packages (IIT-JEE video coaching, NEET mock test series, digital booklets) and physical classroom tools (printed syllabus notebooks, printed formula sheets, physical question banks). This policy clarifies the delivery processes for both modes.
02. Digital Course Delivery
Most of our subscriptions represent virtual educational services. These have no physical courier dependencies:
Instant Credentials Email
Upon successful billing confirmation, student account credentials and access tokens are generated and sent to your registered email address within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
24-Hour Buffer Limit
In case of bank/UPI settlement delays or technical server updates, digital provisioning will take a maximum of 24 hours from payment validation.
03. Physical Material Shipment (If Applicable)
In specific premium packages where physical printed student guides, question modules, or curriculum tablets are bundle-ordered, the following shipping options are provided:
- Processing Time: Orders are packaged and handed to third-party shipping partners (Speed Post, BlueDart, Delhivery, etc.) within 3 to 5 business days from enrollment.
- Transit Time: Deliveries within India generally arrive at the destination address within 5 to 7 business days depending on regional transport accessibility.
- Shipping Charges: Standard domestic delivery is free for our bundle-tier courses. Specific fast-track delivery options may attract static delivery fees which will be visible during checkout.
- Tracking Number: A tracking number (AWB) will be sent to your student registration mobile (via SMS/WhatsApp) and email once the package is dispatched, allowing live transit review.
04. Delivery Failures & Address Errors
Accuracy of Shipping Details
Students must ensure the delivery name, postal address, pin code, and contact numbers are configured correctly during checkout. Vedansh Academy is not liable for package losses or delayed arrivals due to incorrect address inputs or unavailability of receiver. Re-shipping returned packages will attract standard shipping costs (₹150 to ₹300).
