01. Agreement Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Vedansh Academy ("us", "we", or "our") and your use of our website, digital courses, practice packages, live classes, and offsite study platforms (collectively, the "Service").
By making an account, purchasing course subscriptions, enrolling in physical batches, or using our websites, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any portion of this document, you may not access our services.
02. Student Registration & Credentials
When you create an account, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate suspension of your login access.
Zero tolerance for credentials sharing
Each subscription is licensed exclusively for one student. Sharing your login username or password with other students, hosting group viewing sessions, or reselling access violates our license structure and will trigger automated security bans without refund eligibility.
03. Intellectual Property & Copyrights
The Service and its original contents, including JEE/NEET study materials, video lectures, visual animations, formula booklets, practice questions, and software source codes are and will remain the exclusive copyright of Vedansh Academy.
Prohibited Actions:
- Downloading or recording video lectures using external screencasting tools or browser extensions.
- Extracting questions, formulas, booklets, or text sheets for redistribution on channels like Telegram, WhatsApp, or websites.
- Reprinting, publishing, or reselling Vedansh Academy syllabus models under any brand name.
04. Fees, Billing & Taxes
All payment processing for subscriptions are executed securely via certified payment methods (Razorpay). Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of standard applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) unless quoted otherwise.
We reserve the right to alter course fees or subscription plans at any time. However, active subscriptions will not be subject to additional fees until the end of their pre-purchased billing term.
05. Academic Disclaimer
Teaching Quality vs Result Guarantee
Vedansh Academy prides itself on hiring industry-eminent educators and designing elite academic curricula. However, student performance in competitive exams like JEE Main/Advanced, NEET, and regional boards depends entirely on individual effort under the guidance of our coaching programs. We do NOT guarantee selections, specific marks, or absolute ranks.
06. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Vedansh Academy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, or suppliers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of academic term, exam registration failures, or loss of profits arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
Our cumulative liability under any circumstance shall be strictly limited to the actual amount paid by the student for the specific active course license during the preceding 12-month period.
07. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
All legal actions, claims, or arbitration disputes arising under these Terms shall be filed exclusively before the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
08. Revision & Support
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any point. By continuing to use the platform after revisions are published, you agree to be bound by the updated items.
